Schöpfer Farm in the Antholz Valley
Certified organic farm
The Schöpfer Hof was built in 1980 in the course of a farm resettlement in the agricultural green. Our animal inhabitants include 5 mother cows with calves and about 40 laying hens, which provide fresh eggs every day. We work the fields and forests. Look after the animals and grow vegetables for our own use.
FARM PRODUCTS
We make elderberry and mint tea as well as syrups and create homemade jams. We also harvest fresh seasonal vegetables such as potatoes, onions, courgettes, lettuce and carrots directly from our garden. Our animals not only provide us with organic eggs, but also high-quality meat. With us, you can experience authentic farm life and, if you wish, explore our garden and gain an insight into the lives of our animals.
