Schöpfer Farm in the Antholz Valley

Certified organic farm

The Schöpfer Hof was built in 1980 in the course of a farm resettlement in the agricultural green. Our animal inhabitants include 5 mother cows with calves and about 40 laying hens, which provide fresh eggs every day. We work the fields and forests. Look after the animals and grow vegetables for our own use.

We make elderberry and mint tea as well as syrups and create homemade jams. We also harvest fresh seasonal vegetables such as potatoes, onions, courgettes, lettuce and carrots directly from our garden. Our animals not only provide us with organic eggs, but also high-quality meat. With us, you can experience authentic farm life and, if you wish, explore our garden and gain an insight into the lives of our animals.

Our tips

Biotope Rasner Möser

​

If you take a leisurely walk through the wide Antholz valley floor, you will reach the Rasner Möser biotope from Oberrasen in about 20 minutes. This quiet natural habitat is located along a dense forest of deciduous and coniferous trees, with the dreamlike view of the Rieserferner mountain massif always in the background.
